Help for Pocket Orbit app usage, account access, subscriptions, exports, and privacy requests.

Contact and support scope

- Use this contact for technical issues, account access problems, billing questions, or legal/privacy requests.
- When contacting support, include app version, device model, iOS/Android version, and a short description of the issue.
In-app help paths
- Feedback board: submit feature ideas, vote, report public content, and send private bug reports.
- OCR/import help: OCR runs only after explicit user action. You can import shared text and supported file content into the standard note flow.
- Export help: Pocket Orbit supports PDF, Markdown, and HTML export flows.
Subscriptions and billing
- Premium subscriptions are managed through the app's subscription surfaces and your Apple/Google store account settings.
- If restore or subscription status looks wrong, contact support with your account email and platform.
- Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Play subscription.
Account deletion and data rights (GDPR/DSGVO)
- In-app account deletion is available from Settings.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability via alpaca-labs.dev@proton.me.
- For legal details on processing purposes, retention, and processors, see the Privacy Policy.
Safety and moderation
- Public feedback ideas can be reported and moderated.
- Private bug reports and moderation reports are not publicly visible.
- If you need to report abusive or harmful content, contact support and include links/screenshots where possible.
