The process, step by step
- 1Process unclassified notes.
- 2Correct recognition errors that change meaning.
- 3Merge or move notes into stable subject groups.
- 4Check summaries against source notes.
- 5Export material needed outside the app.
- 6Choose the next topic to review.
Keep the routine small
The checklist is intentionally short. If maintenance regularly takes too long, reduce the number of groups and postpone decorative organization.
