[ ] Process notes that do not have a clear group.
[ ] Correct recognition errors that change meaning.
[ ] Check names, dates, numbers, formulas, and headings.
[ ] Move misplaced notes into one primary subject group.
[ ] Merge duplicate or overly narrow groups.
[ ] Check AI summaries against their source notes.
[ ] Export material needed outside the app.
[ ] Remove sensitive content from anything you plan to share.
[ ] Choose the next topic to review.

Keep the system small. If weekly maintenance takes too long, reduce the number
of groups before adding another organization rule.
