Organize Mixed-Input Notes

Group notes by what they are about, not whether they were typed, scanned, or drawn.

Practical workflow

The process, step by step

  1. 1Open the captured note.
  2. 2Review the suggested group.
  3. 3Accept it when the topic is correct.
  4. 4Correct it when another group better matches the note.
  5. 5Check the group before creating a multi-note summary.

Ambiguous notes need context

A short note may fit several subjects. Add clearer wording or manually correct the group rather than assuming the first suggestion is final.
